I’m an Internationally Certified Holistic Health Coach with a background in Mental Health Social Work, specializing in Gut Health. Over the years, I noticed something BIG—my clients weren’t just struggling emotionally, but physically too. And guess what? The two are deeply connected!
So many of the conditions I saw—IBS, allergies, eczema, acne, asthma, diabetes—were tied to the nervous system and immune health. And I totally get it because I’ve been there myself! 😩 The bloating, the indigestion, the fear of eating something that might set off your gut—been there, done that!
And here’s the thing: In my past jobs, I wasn’t always allowed to help my clients the way I knew I could… but that didn’t stop me! (If you know me, you know I was gonna find a way anyway! 😜) Trouble? Yeah, maybe that is my middle name, LOL! But now? Now, I can fully support people on their healing journey, and I couldn’t be happier! 🎉
